Launch Your Child’s Early Learning
Journey In A Supportive Community
Welcome to a stable, supportive environment where every child feels included. Teachers greet kids and families by name and make you feel at home, building bonds that extend beyond the classroom, because we know community is important.
Cultural Diversity & Inclusivity Promote Compassion, Understanding, & Equality
Early exposure to all kinds of diversity grows kindness and understanding. Witnessing friends of all races and nationalities playing together is a beautiful thing, and through celebrating others your child learns to embrace their own differences.
Children are exposed to different cultures and backgrounds through activities such as:
Viewing picture books that portray different nationalities, ethnicities, races, religions, & languages
Observing different traditions such as Cinco de Mayo, Hanukkah, & Ethiopian New Year
Celebrating Black History Month, Hispanic Heritage Month, Women’s History Month, & more
Center-wide international day celebrations with lively displays of traditional dress, delicious food, ethnic music, & of course, many different languages
Multilingual Early Care Fosters Learning In English, Spanish, & French
Learning more than 1 language boosts brain development and is a real-life skill best started young. Your child receives interactive, age-appropriate French enrichment classes twice a week and learns Spanish every day, building fluency in 3 languages.
Child-Directed Learning With Expert, Loving Guidance
Whether it’s a few quiet moments of independent reading or creating a fun block tower with friends, your child happily explores their own interests. This fluid, exploratory, child-led learning style is less disruptive and boosts your child’s natural curiosity.
Other benefits of giving children the freedom to explore with gentle teacher guidance include:
Expanding executive function
Reinforcing social-emotional & communication skills
School readiness is about more than skill mastery. Without curiosity there’s no need for inquiry and discovery. Even the youngest infants in the Pooh Nursery have time each day to learn through exploration, building interests and learning organically.

Outdoor Play Areas Support
Healthy Growth & Development
Our onsite playground and outdoor classroom set the scene for active adventures and exciting discoveries. As they explore, run, jump, climb, and play, your child lays the foundation for healthy development — from physical confidence to emotional well-being.
Protecting Your Child’s Safety For Your Peace Of Mind
Your child’s safety is our top priority. Secure entry systems allow only authorized users with a PIN code, while state-of-the-art video surveillance tracks visitors. Webcams livestream the day, so pop into your child’s class whenever you want.
At Bright Start, the community is the #1 priority. Whether it’s having a Family Fun Night for school families, highlighting community visitors, or partnering with a local farmer’s market, it’s not just talk.
Some recent community highlights include:
City blossoms’ early growers program, which runs an onsite school gardening program that lets your little one tend to herb and veggie gardens
Classroom visitors like medical and dental health experts who talk about health and wellness
A community food program that lets busy families purchase chef annie’s delicious meals, enough to feed 4 people and take some stress out your nights
